Yes, we recommed that you reserve a puppy if your viewing date is over 2 days away. The reservation amount is £25, however, this amount is fully refundable if you decide not to take a puppy home with you on your viewing date. Furthermore the £25 will be deducted from the purchase price if you do decide to purchase a puppy on the day. 

We feed all of our puppies with Iams puppy / junior, chicken flavor. It is important to keep your puppy on this specific brand of puppy food so to avoid an upset tummy. For further information on Iams puppy/junior, please click here

Yes, we usually provide 4 weeks free pet insurance with your puppy.

No, we only accept card payment on a £25 reservation. The remaining amount must be paid in cash. We currently offer no other method of payment. We will provide a receipt for payment.
